British Chevening Scholarships for Foreign Students in the UK

Levels: Masters

Chevening Scholarships are offered by the UK government and are supported by partner organizations and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO). The program awards master's degrees in any field from any UK university to outstanding scholars with leadership potential from throughout the world.

Masters degree program taught full-time for one year in any discipline.

Scholarship value:

University tuition fees, a monthly living allowance, travel expenses to and from the UK, an arrival allowance, a homeward departure allowance, the cost of one visa application, and a travel grant to attend Chevening events in the UK are all often covered by a Chevening Scholarship.

Eligible candidates must meet the following:
• Be a citizen of a nation or territory that is eligible for Chevening.
• After your scholarship has ended, you must spend at least two years back in your country of citizenship.
• By the time you submit your application, you must have finished all requirements for an undergraduate degree that will allow you to enroll in a postgraduate program at a UK university. According to your subject and university selection, this is normally similar to an upper second-class 2:1 honours degree in the UK, though it may be different.
• Possess a minimum of two years' worth (2,800 hours) of job experience.
• By July 13, 2023, you must have received an unconditional offer from one of the three eligible UK university courses.
